All orders for physical products are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the destination country and customs procedures).
Note: These times are estimates provided by the shipping companies and may vary due to factors beyond Dynamite DAZ's control (weather, strikes, customs delays).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout screen before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for purchases over a certain amount, which will be clearly announced on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order in real time through the courier company's website.
5. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Dynamite DAZ is not responsible if the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is returned to our facilities due to incomplete information. In the event of reshipment, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us immediately.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a new shipment or a refund, depending on stock availability.
8. Digital Products (Reminder)
Please note that courses, guides, and books do not have a physical shipping cost, as they are delivered electronically and immediately to your email address after purchase.
