Refund policy
1. Digital Products (Courses, Guides, and Books)
- Because our digital products (video courses, guides, and ebooks) are delivered complete and immediately after purchase, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
- Video Courses: As these are complete files or access rights sent directly to the customer, they are considered "consumed" upon delivery.
- Stock Market Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but refunds will not be issued for periods already paid for.

2. Physical Products (Clothing and Shoes)
- Timeframe: 15 calendar days for exchanges or returns.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Responsible for the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, underwear and accessories cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
